How much does it cost?

Our prices range from $95 to $595 per month, depending on how often you plan to use the space. Unlike other packaged offices, all of our services are included.  Please see the membership page for further details.

Can I try WorkSpace for a month?

Yes you can. Flexibility is one of our key priorities. You can sign up for as little as one month.  Furthermore, if you discover after the first couple of days that WorkSpace is not for you, we will refund your money.

When are you open?

Depending on your membership level, WorkSpace is open to you 24 hours a day seven days a week. The cafe is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.  Access to the facility is controlled via your FOB card.

Is the space secure?

Only members with active FOB cards and anticipated guests have access to the space, and we monitor who comes and goes through the FOB system.  For members who need to store valuables, personal lockers are available.  However we do recommend that members insure their belongings and backup their data.

What about privacy?

Although the majority of the space is open concept we take your privacy very seriously. When you sit down to work, you’re able to flag your time as being private or open to collaboration. Violations of privacy can cause membership to be revoked. If ever you need complete privacy, the meeting rooms are available.

Do you provide computers?

We expect that members will be bringing their own laptops. If you haven’t yet purchased a portable computer, we suggest you try it. It’s very liberating.

Can I change my membership type?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership type at any time.  You can also put your membership on hold for periods of 1 to 6 months.
